you don't need the Rational License Key Server when you use the TRIAL Download as RPT has 5 virtual users built in. When you need more than 5 for your evaluation you have to contact local IBM Rational sales to get more.

Download missing files needed for installation

I downloaded evaluation copies of RPT. Missing in the 1.22Gigs of files is the License Key Administrator 8.1.1. Could not continue the install. No search of the IBM website turned up a link or any information on how to download the missing disk1. At this point I would have to conclude this evaluation a failure.
