ClearCase with UCM is really the best solution we've found for implementing change management with new projects just starting to use the Rational tools in their development environments. We are able to easily marry any existing processes with those that are out-of-the-box with CC UCM to provide our users with an environment that is ready to go in the shortest amount of time possible. The CQ schemas with UCM are a great starting point and easy to modify or tweak. We always suggest our new projects at least take the time to let us talk about the benefits of CC/CQ UCM.
